The staff really impressed me with their friendliness and help when I got lost. Unfortunately, the breakfast options disappointed me. The only food available included coffee, artificially flavored orange juice, and a sandwich with fruit. On top of that, they charged $3.50 for a small bottle of purified water, which is usually complimentary elsewhere. Hearing every conversation from neighboring rooms was bothersome, as the walls felt quite thin, impacting my sleep at night.

during my stay in a standard queen room for four nights, I loved being just a short walk from lively Calle Loiza with its trendy cafes and restaurants. The lovely Parque del Indio, providing a perfect green escape for a stroll.

It was just a great match for a short layover in San Juan with good price-value balance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and easy. Bring your own water since they charge extra for small bottles.
